Most boat builders offer speed. When this electric boat was designed, CEBC had more sophisticated pleasures in mind, we wanted to enable you to truly relax and appreciate the scenery with your family and friends. Thus, we decided to slow you down a notch to enable you to take your time. This was the idea behind the creation of our electric boats, pleasure-crafts especially designed for those who are interested in more leisurely navigation.
Imaging you cruising on board of a classic electric boat, with its high-quality mahogany or teak deck shining in the sun, on a serene and quiet lake where you feel totally at peace. All
our electric boats comes with virtually no maintenance, almost no operating costs and no pollution.
Although
the electric boats style was inspired by the exquisite New England launches of the 30s, our electric boats are actually thoroughly modern crafts. In order to create aesthetic, stable and low-drag boats, we called upon the services of two master boat designers: Ian Bruce, who designed the hull of the Quietude 156 and Paul A. Deutchman, a globally renowned car designer. The fibreglass hull has been designed by Ian Bruce, who also designed the "Laser", an Olympic-class sailing boat. Almost a million dollar has been invested in the research and development of the Quietude 156. Furthermore, the hull of the Fantail 217 was designed by Luc St-Onge, a naval architect. Rigorous testing of the two boats confirms that our team has brilliantly succeeded on all counts.
So perhaps, now is the time to discover the fine art of taking your time with family and friends
on a electric boat.
